ABSTRACT
This paper illustrated about the
utilization of Open Access Resources on make it avail to the user communities in the library
and information centers. The Open Access Resources (OAR) has played an eminent
role in the present E-knowledge society. The main motto of these resources is
to boost up the university library and information centers an user communities to publish innovative
concepts of research articles.
Innovative concept of open access
resources identity Knowledge
Access and Sharing Information for Resources Approach Objectives (KASIRAO)are
in popularly in the present digital knowledge based society. The Scientific
scholarly communication of open access
resources to provide the E-resource
database and free access to the end users who are in the entire worldand the majority of university libraries have linked
up the Open Access resources have set their own knowledge web portals.
Keywords:

1. INTRODUCTION
Every
year we are celebrate Open Access Week
from October 22 to 28. The open access resources are very essential for research scholar,
faculty members in the user communities. They ensure and enrichment of digital knowledge pandemic communities. They
provide to avail make use of scholarly materials and grant license for non
commercial use subject to proper acknowledge of original authors. The open
access resources facilitate the library user communities to make use of
scholarly resources available freely internet an open access platform such as
Dspace, eprint, greenstone,ETD,and open access resources. Open access is a new
business model for scholarly communication. It came into emerge largely due to
the restriction imposed by scholarly information and urge for free of
information for research communities. Completely free and unrestricted access
to it by all scientists, research scholars and faculties. Open access we mean
its immediate free availabilities on the public internet, permitting any users
to read, download, copy, distribute and print out of these materials are those
that can be accessed by anyone at any time without restraint.
2.
THE CONCEPT

any open access publication. (Peter Suber)
3. AIMS
AND OBJECTIVES
The main aims and objectives of
the open access resources provide access to qualitative electronic resources is
as follows:
v
To identify the open access resources
v
To find out the user of open access resources
v
To know the attitude towards open access searching
v
To identity the open repository resources
v
To find out video and webs

v
To identify instuitional e learning study materials
4.
ADVANTAGES OF OPEN ACCESS RESROUCES
The main advantages of open access
resources are as follows:

institutions and corporations have access to all Open Access articles.
v
Open Access articles are published
sooner than articles in non-Open Access journals.
v
Open Access articles reach broader
audiences than articles in non-Open Access journals.
5. METHODOLOGY
